Fund Raising Proposal for Low Income
Community Beautification
The following is a proposal for generating revenue for low income community beautification.
All revenue generated under this proposal would be used directly and exclusively for beautification projects across the United States.
The basis of this proposal will center on providing links to companies who sell products on line, and all proceeds from sales will be donated to authorized beautification programs and organizations.
100% of all revenues (standard comissions earned from sales) generated from the sales pages will go directly to fund beautification projects. None of these funds will be used to pay salaries or administrative costs of any kind. This will allow many individuals to painlessly support the cause of beautification without having to make an outright donation.
Here are the components of this proposal:

PANDSCORP will act as the unifying base for all sales and dedicate a significant portion of its web site for this purpose. Although PANDSCORP would not have a direct part in any financial transactions made, they will oversee the program and the accurate distribution and utilization of funds.

All sales would be directly between the seller and the buyer. This will necessitate that only products from trusted and established companies would be offered.

If the PANDSCORP form is not filled out and/or no zip code is provided, those revenues will go into a general beautification fund and be used for grants or beautification contests.
