My vision is for a large organization whose primary purpose is to sell products and services in order to generate funds to provide specific services back to the communities where the customers live. A secondary purpose of this organization will be to create new jobs, especially for those who are at a disadvantage in finding meaningful employment.
Here are some of the features that will make PANDSCORP unique . . .
* All profits from all sales of essential items {*1} will go back to directly benefit the customer who made the purchase.
* Customers will receive a "credit" worth the entire profit of the sale which they can use toward having certain services{*2} provided to them or can designate other limited uses of these funds{*3}
* Only revenues(profits) from the sale of nonessential luxury{*4} items will be used to pay the salaries of all upper level executive positions so that no sale of essential items will go toward paying these salaries. This helps keep profits high, or prices low.
* Customers will have great motivation to purchase from PANDSCORP such that most advertising costs will be eliminated, thereby increasing profits or lowering prices.
* Since profits are directly benefiting the customers rather than outside investors, more new jobs will be created to provide new services that previously could not have been afforded by many customers.
* With PANDSCORP, there will be no outside investors, the customer will be the investor.
* As sales and revenues increase, wealth will begin to be redistributed since the customer will benefit directly from the profits and not an outside investor. The buying power of all customers will increase, therefore helping to redistribute wealth.
* My personal goal is to be entirely self supported through the sales of my private books, songs, and inventions such that I draw no income from the sale of any products or services from PANDSCORP. It is far more likely that I will be a major contributor to new endeavors embarked on by the organization, from my own personal resources which are derived from outside the activities of PANDSCORP.
Things to think about . . .
*
WalMart has been averaging around $10 billion dollars in profit each year. That is enough money to provide an average of $10,000,000 per year in beautification in 1000 of the nations largest cities.
And that is only from WalMart's profits!
*
To put that further into perspective . . . . from Walmart's profit alone the smallest city on that list (with a population of around only 40,000) would receive over $3,000,000 in beautification funds . . . . while New York City would receive around $620,000,000 !!! Yes, that is 620 million dollars !
From above (notes 1 through 4)
{*1}
These would be any everyday item that is normally purchased by poor and wealthy alike . . . including but not limited to: food, clothing, gasoline, etc . . .
{*2}
These services could be (but again not limited to) property beautification such as edging, mulching, mowing, planting and maintaining of flower beds and shrubs; snow removal; oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance; standard roof replacement . . .
{*3}
Other authorized uses of these funds could be (and again not limited to) community recreation facilities; community beautification projects; as well as other programs and projects that provide direct benefit to nearly all members of a community.
{*4}
Nonessential luxury items would be those that the average family could not afford to purchase and would include but not be limited to high end luxury vehicles, jewelry, lavish services, and much more.
